Due to a Microsoft API deprecation, the Microsoft OneDrive export connector has limitations when accessing folders under “Shared with Me.” Microsoft has silently deprecated the Graph endpoint /me/drive/sharedWithMe, which is currently operating in a degraded state, only returning a single folder rather than the full list, and is scheduled to be fully removed by the end of November 2026. As a result, not all “Shared with Me” folders may appear in the Microsoft OneDrive export destination folder picker.

Existing exports are not immediately affected. Exports previously configured with an item path pointing to a “Shared with Me” folder will continue to run. However, when editing an export, users may be unable to find or re-select the same “Shared with Me” destination folder in the picker.

To maintain stable export behavior, we recommend configuring exports to use folders under “My Files” instead and reviewing any exports that rely on “Shared with Me” destinations to plan migration to “My Files” before the November 2026 deprecation deadline.
