Abstract

Add data to your pipe.

Add data to your pipe.

You can add data from a file you've already imported or start a new import using this tool.

When to use this tool

This is often the first step in building a new pipe if you're not using a connector.

In some cases, you can use this tool to import placeholder data until you can import data from another pipe using the Pipe tool.

Configuration

Use the following prompts to help import your data into your pipe.

Adding data to a new

  1. When you create a new , the Select data sources modal appears.

  2. Select one or more data sources for your ,

  3. Click Add.

    Your data sources appear in your ,.

Adding data to an existing

  1. In your , click symon_add_icon.png + Tool.

  2. In the search bar, search for Data. Click + Add tool.

    Tip

    You can also find the Data tool in the Data section.

  3. In the Select a data source to join configuration pane, search for your data source, or click Import data.
