Email notifications

If you have administrator privileges, you can set your notifications to receive emails about your exports. You can opt to be notified of success and failed exports for both scheduled and manual exports.

The emails include the following details:

  • Sender of export or scheduled export.

  • Start and end time of the export.

  • Time duration of the export.

  • Error message in a failed export (if available).

  • Generated export log reports (success only).

Note

Refresh the settings page for each organization. Refreshing the page ensures users are accessing the current organization settings.

Accessing email notifications

  1. Sign into Varicent ELT.

  2. Click on your username.

  3. Click Account.

  4. Click Notifications.

  5. Use the toggle to turn notifications on or off.

    You can turn notifications on or off for the following notification options:

    • Scheduled pipe exports:

      • Successful exports

      • Failed exports

    • Manual pipe exports:

      • Successful exports

      • Failed exports
