Single sign-on

Abstract

If you are on an Enterprise plan, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) for your team to access Symon.AI.

Important

Single sign-on (SSO) is only available to users on an Enterprise plan.

If you are on an Enterprise plan, you can set up SSO for your team to access Symon.AI.

Before you begin

Ensure that all email addresses in your Identity Provider (IDP) are all lowercase. Symon.AI does not support a mixture of uppercase and lowercase email addresses.

Important

SAML is a common SSO configuration across all Varicent products. If you use more than one Varicent product, we recommend using SAML SSO. To configure SAML SSO, see Preparing SSO.

Preparing SSO

  1. In the SSO XML metadata file, set the region information. Depending on what region you are in, use the following information:

    For users in the Prod US region:

    For users in the Prod EU region:

  2. Save the file and send to the Symon.AI Support team to complete the setup.

  3. The Symon.AI Support team will schedule a meeting to finish the configuration with your team.
