Connect your Symon.AI and Gong accounts to import your data.
Connect your Symon.AI and Gong accounts to import your data.
In Symon.AI, go to the Data tab.
Click Import data.
In the Third party sources section, click Gong.
Click New connection.
On the Connect to your Data page, enter the following information:
Field
Description
Connector name
The name of the connection.
Access key
The access key to connect to the Gong server.
Access key secret
The access key secret to connect to the Gong server.
Date range
The start and end date to filter data from Gong to import to Symon.AI..
Click Next.
On the Choose data sets page, select the sets of data to include. Click Next.
On the Import data page, review and select the data sets to include and any that you want to obfuscate. Click Next.
On the Filter data page, optionally click Filter data to refine your data, or click Import data to continue.
Filter the rows in your data by selecting the column to filter, the filter category and the value or text.
Click Import data to continue.
