Abstract

Connect your Symon.AI and Microsoft Dynamics accounts to import your data.

Connect your Symon.AI and Microsoft Dynamics accounts to import your data.

Important

This is an Available connector, which might require technical support to connect to your business system using REST API. For more information, contact support@varicent.com.

Importing data

  1. In Symon.AI, go to the Data tab.

  2. Click Import data.

  3. In the Third party sources section, click Dynamics.

  4. Click New connection.

  5. On the Connect to your Data page, enter the following information to connect:

    Description

    Connector name

    The name of the connection.

    Your Dynamics URL

    The URL of your Microsoft Dynamics account.



  6. Click Next.

    If you are not signed in to your Microsoft Dynamics account, Symon.AI redirects you to the site to sign in.

  7. On the Select data page, select the following information:

    Description

    Directory

    The name of the directory to get the data.

    Start date

    The start date of the data you are selecting.



  8. Click Next.

  9. On the Import data page, review your data and select the data to obfuscate (if any). Click Next.

    1. On the Filter data page, optionally click Filter data to refine your data, or click Import data to continue.

    2. Click Import data to continue.

    Note

    For more information about how to configure data filters, see: Filter data.

  10. On the Review page, review the data sets that you want to import.

  11. Click Import data.

    The data is available on the My Data page.

Error handling

The following errors may appear during the import process:
