Varicent Sales Planning (SP)

Abstract

Connect your Symon.AI and Varicent SP accounts to export your data to your Varicent SP account.

Connect your Symon.AI and Varicent SP accounts to export your data to your Varicent SP account. This connection allows Symon.AI to write data to Varicent SP.

Set up the connector to be available for use with Export tool. You only need to set up the connection once.

Create the connection

Create the connection between Symon.AI and Varicent SP. Generate a new connection or use and existing one.

Creating a new connection

  1. In Symon.AI, go to your pipe.

  2. Add the Export tool.

  3. In the Export tool configuration section, click the Connection drop-down.

  4. From the connection drop-down, click + New connection.

  5. Create the new Varicent SP connection.

  6. Select the Export tool and choose Varicent SP from the drop-down list. Enter a name in the Name field.

  7. Click Build to build your pipe for Symon.AI can pick up the pipe ID and the export ID.

  8. After the build is done, go to Varicent SP to create a configuration between the pipe and Varicent SP.

Using your existing Varicent SP connection

  1. In Symon.AI, go to your pipe.

  2. Add the Export tool.

  3. In the Export tool configuration section, click the Connection drop-down.

  4. Search for and select your existing Varicent SP connection.

  5. Build your pipe.

    The data is now available to use in the Export tool. For more information about the tool, see Export.
